This Chipotle is a lot quieter than the one in Seaside. It is also a bit smaller. The food is standard Chipotle fair, and if you are an avid customer to the franchise, you wont be disappointed. If youve never been to a Chipotle, and you are in downtown Monterey looking for a quick healthy bite, this is a good place to go.
A line when I arrived but got moving quickly. Someone was clearly being trained on the line but was doing her best and was very polite. Trainer thanked me for my patience but I didnt really need to be patient as they were all moving quickly. I didnt look around much but it seemed to be running very well, food was hot and fresh.
James Lucas is the best. I was having a horrible day and it was with his humor and his great attitude while serving me that made the experience great! He as well as the chipotle team at this site are nice, easy to work with, and efficient as well as proactive! Its my third time coming back and wont be my last!
